About Lee
Lee grew up in the Keysborough and Noble Park areas, attending school at Chandler Secondary College, Keysborough.
He has worked and lived in the area all his life. He is the middle of three children born to Sam and Glenda Tarlamis.
Lee’s father was born in Greece on the island of Lemnos, before migrating to Uruguay, settling in Australia 15 years later. Glenda was born in Australia.
Lee has been active and dedicated to his local community from a very young age, working with many community groups and organisations.
Being elected in 2010 has enabled Lee to continue to advocate on behalf of the community for the improvement of services, community facilities and jobs.
Lee is an Acting President of the Legislative Council and sits on the Electoral Matters Committee.
Before being elected to Parliament Lee worked for Daniel Andrews MP. He is a Justice of the Peace and has volunteered for more than a decade with the Springvale Benevolent Society. He was also a founding member of the Noble Park Community Action Forum (formally known as the Noble Park / Keysborough Community Drug Action Forum).
